Senza Tempo

Senza Tempo (Timeless)

We recently saw a short film by renowned Italian filmmaker, Gabriele Muccino (L’ultimo bacio, Ricordati di me and The Pursuit of Happyness). The film is a collaboration between Muccino and Peroni Nastro Azzuro as part of a brand ad campaign which pays homage to all things distinctly Italian. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Rome’s Iconic scenery, Senzo Tempo tells the story of a young Italian director who recreates through film, the love he lost but has never forgotten. Muccino explores the nature of obsession, passion and the timelessness of love as the young man pursues his paramour through the cobbled streets of the city, carrying his love through to old age.
Not only is this an ode to classic Italian film making but also features bespoke costumes by Moschino, worn by all the cast in reference to timeless Italian fashion.
Muccino said of the film: “Senza Tempo celebrates iconic Italian cinema: through the film I wanted to explore the emotion, craftsmanship and timelessness that is at the heart of all things Italian.”
